Jack in the Box -- Book 3 Finished!
Six weeks of hard slog, and Martin and I are literally half way through the JITB saga, having just finished the art for issue # 3. Sixty pages of the story now complete. Having a 120 page Jack in the Box graphic novel is our final aim, with # 6 of the single issues probably due to be finished around June 2009, so...only another sixty pages to go!In the next week I'm going to work on the covers for issues 4 - 6, plus a promo poster for comic shops, for when we ready our assault in 2009. We'll be pushing JITB harder than our other titles, so expect a JITB specific website, new banner stands at comic cons, and a few merchandise ideas, as we try to get JITB out in the open. After the covers/ posters, I'll start on #4, which Martin has just finished scripting.
We'll let you know when JITB # 3 is printed and for sale. We're currently looking into using an alternative printer. Good, but cheaper...credit crunch and all that :)

Comica Convention London Tommorow!
This is a bit of a last minute decision. We're going to this convention:
We'll have a stand, and comics, and would love to speak to anyone brave enough to approach our table...hopefully see you there, from 1pm to 7pm this Saturday :)

Whoah, We're Half Way There...
Just under a month into its development, and we're now ten pages into Jack in the Box book 3. That's half way there.Not quite half way as far as the whole thing goes though...I'll have to finish book 3 for that to be the case. Then just 3 more books to go, and we can release it as a 120 page graphic novel.
But first things first: the single issue of book 3 should be out by the beginning of December, with any luck. And I'm pretty excited about this, as I feel it's the best thing Martin and I have collaborated on so far. :)
